ALARM RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS - Select Only One Option Below

NB: Patrol Charges are applicable. Where a patrol company response is available & requested by a Customer, the Customer is directly liable for payment of all charges relating to this service and indemnifies Macquarie Alarms & Security against any liability in relation to patrol company costs for services provided in accordance with the Customer’s instructions provided to us. Prices may vary depending on the area in which the Patrol is provided, the distance traveled by the Patrol response or the time spent on site by the Patrol provided.

Option 1 : Call contacts on alarms. If no answer dispatch patrol service if available in the area.

Option 2: Call contacts on alarms. Contact must authorise patrol service attendance.

Option 3: Dispatch Patrol to all alarms. (Contacts notified if there is a problem on site, e.g. Break & Enter.

Option 4: Dispatch Patrol & call contacts. (Patrol are dispatched 1st then Contacts are notified)
