To be effective, Monitoring Centres need to operate on a continuous basis. Continuity is delivered to our Monitoring Centre by the use of:
- Uninterruptable Power Supplies
- Back-Up Generator
- Multi Path Alarm Signal Receivers
- Raid 5 PC Servers
We continue to review and upgrade our systems and have recently installed software upgrades that enable automated monitoring history reports to be sent via email to customers who require this information.
Along with this we can now offer to our multi-site customers a web based interface to their monitoring account which can allow a review of system users, open and close information, zone lists and more.
Our Monitoring Room also offers Direct Wireless monitoring services. Direct Wireless has been independently tested by Comtest Laboratories to comply with Intruder Alarm Systems Alarm Transmission Systems: AS/NZ 2201.5 : 2008.
Our Control room is manned 24 hours by fully licensed and experienced operators who provide monitoring in an effective and caring manner that cannot be emulated by larger metropolitan monitoring centres.
Maintaining high levels of service to a large and expansive customer base requires adequate resources. Our company is positioned well to achieve this.
